Pete grew up wanting to be a nurse and received her nursing education at Sheridan College in Toronto, Canada over twenty years ago.  She moved to the United States in 1983 when she married her husband Eric. 

In 2000 Pete Moved from South Dakota to Traverse City with her husband and daughter. She has been with Bayside Docs Urgent Care since 2002 and brings with her an extensive critical care background as well as several years of experience as Clinical Director of a Home Health Agency in Rapid City, South Dakota. 

As well as working as a Registered Nurse for Bayside Docs Urgent Care, she also has the pleasure of being their Marketing Coordinator.  The position allows her to "get the word out" on the best place to go for all your urgent care needs, after all it is "where the Dr. waits for you."
